NEW! Relay Teams: Get together with your friends for a fun day at Harriman State Park. Relay teams can be any combination of three people and will be ranked in the relay category. There are no age or gender groups for relays. All relay team members must be 18 years of age to participate. Each team member will do one of the three disciplines: swim, bike or run, in that order.
Description
| Swim: |
1/2 mile swim in Lake Sebago, buoyed, life guards, waves of 100 or fewer. |
| Bike: |
16 mile loop, mostly rolling hills, also including a breathtaking, freewheeling 2.5 mile downhill, followed by a very challenging 1.5 mile uphill climb. |
| Run: |
3.1mi run on scenic jeep trails, shaded and traffic free. |

Event Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Photo ID & USAT membership is required. A one day membership may be purchased ($10) at packet pick up.
- Swim caps (provided by SBR) must be worn.
- ANSI, SNELL or USCF approved bike helmets must be worn.
- ChampionChip must be worn throughout the entire event attached by a velcro strap.
- Official USAT rules apply.
Awards
Awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, male and female, overall and age group winners.
Age groups: 18-24, then five year increments to 85 and older.
