Escape the frigid winter and head south to Florida for a weekend swimming training trip with Coach Leila Vaziri. Held at the world-class Fort Lauderdale Hall of Fame facility, you will be under the expert supervision of swim coach Leila during this three day training trip. 

In this idela setting, participate in two-a-day training sessions in an outdoor 10 lane 50 meter pool, on block from the ocean and come away with increased confidence, skill level, and swimming fitness. Additionally gain open water knowledge in an open water swim clinic, sharpen your technique in a stroke clinic, and add aerobic base to your training, all while working on your tan.

Group hotel rate (for 10 or more)  is $150 a night at the Marriot Resort on the beach and is walking distance from the pool. If someone needs transportation from the airport to the hotel, please contact Leila to arrange for transportation.
